Brittingham/pollak poetry series

The Brittingham Prize in Poetry and The Felix Pollak Prize in Poetry ($2,500 each and publication by the University of Wisconsin Press) are awarded to the two book-length poetry manuscripts submitted in a national competition and selected by that year's outside judge. 2008 Prize Winners:

The 2008 Brittingham Prize in Poetry was awarded to Philip Pardi for Meditations on Rising and Falling

The 2008 Felix Pollak Prize in Poetry was awarded to Barbara Goldberg for The Royal Baker's Daughter

The 2008 judge was David St. John
